Hive Apartments, North Perth – Development Update June 2016
I’m pleased to report that titles were issued by Landgate on 21st June, which means the settlement of the apartments will occur on or before the 12th July.
The builder is rectifying the last remaining defects which were identified at handover and all apartments will be ready for the buyer’s final inspections by the middle of next week.
