Lucent Claremont – Project Update April 2018
We are pleased to report that our Development application has now been submitted for our new development at 5 Davies Road in Claremont – Lucent Claremont. The feedback received from council to date has been very positive with regards to the design of the building which we do not consider to be contentious in terms of its bulk and scale.
The final plans consist of 40 apartments and two small commercial suites on the ground floor. The apartments are generously sized including a large number of 3 bedroom units that have been very well received by our initial prospective buyers. While the plans are being assessed for approval over the coming 3 months, we will be continuing to work with buyers to customise their apartment to suite their lifestyle.
