The Fitz, North Perth – Project Update April 2016
During the month of April the builder has focused on the rear building (ie apartments 15 to 22 and 30 to 37). All of those apartments now have their kitchen, bathrooms and balcony tiling laid and their kitchen cabinetry installed.
Installation of the kitchen’s splashbacks has also commenced and will be completed over the coming week. Floorboards have been laid (and protected) in those apartments who chose the upgrade. Installation of the toilets has also commenced.
Externally the construction of the carports has commenced and the Colorbond perimeter fence has been erected. The letterboxes for the development have also been constructed.
The builder has advised that they are still on schedule to complete construction by the middle of August with settlements to occur 6 to 8 weeks later.
