The Perth Property Show – Urban infill ft. Richard Pappas

During the month I was invited to join Trent Fleskens on an episode of The Perth Property Podcast to discuss my career to date, the evolution of Celsius Property Group and most importantly the current state of the West Australian Property Market. Trent is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate when it comes to residential property development in Perth and he has invested many years bringing insightful industry interviews and property learnings to a wide audience.

We discussed a range of topics relating to the property market, including the current urban infill environment in Perth and the challenges facing the property industry. With Perth currently the most affordable capital city in Australia, we discussed supply constraints and how Perth is placed to become a more dense city as our population grows, whilst trying to retain our affordable edge. We explore the challenges and opportunities presented by this market trend, including the rise of Build-To-Rent options for Perth.

The conversation also touches on recent developments completed by Celsius such as award winning Lucent Claremont and Park Terraces Shenton Park, along with Vic Quarter which was developed on behalf of the Fowler Group. Listeners will gain insight into what was involved in the processes of developing these developments and the differences between the various sales strategies adopted.

Whether you are a property investor, developer or simply interested in the current state of the West Australian Property Market, I hope you enjoy listening to my first podcast interview. Available on all major podcast platforms or follow the link below to listen.
