Living in another state has meant that I have had to put a lot of faith and trust in the team and they have never let me down. Working with Jess has been refreshing to say the least. My property recently became available following the departure of long-term (5 years) Tenants. As I had not gone through the leasing cycle for some time, the advice on market conditions, Tenants expectations and works to be carried out proved invaluable.
