Almond Lane, Ardross – Project Update February 2016
We are pleased to report that excellent progress is being made on site at the Almond Lane Residences. Brickwork to the basement level of the townhouses is now complete. The retaining walls have been waterproofed and backfilled. Brickwork to the ground floor apartments and storerooms is also now complete and all window frames have been installed.
At the rear of the block the sewer cut-in and upgrade was completed and work will commence shortly on the formwork for the first floor slab to the rear building and the ground floor of the townhouses.
