Earlier this month we officially announced that the building contract has been awarded to Atlas Building. Atlas has a proven track record in delivering luxury apartments, including two of Celsius’ developments – Elysian in Subiaco and Park Terraces in Shenton Park. As one of Western Australia’s leading construction firms, we are delighted to be partnering with them again to deliver this exciting project.

In preparation for Atlas commencing on site in September, demolition works are currently underway to completely clear the site ready for the start of construction. The piling contractor has been engaged, and construction of the piling cages has already commenced.

In the coming weeks, the earthworks contractors will mobilise on site to prepare platforms around the site perimeter. These platforms will provide the level base required for the piling rig, which will then work its way around the site installing the piles that will form the basement walls.
