Celsius Land June 2026 Update
Project Update – Celsius Living, Champion Lakes
Stage 2 civil works continue to progress well, with earthworks and service installation now largely complete. Road construction is well advanced, with completion of these works and final lot grading scheduled throughout July. Practical completion remains on track, with land titles expected to issue during August.
Landscaping works within the Stage 1 public open space are also nearing completion, with the park expected to open to the public in mid August.
The design for the Stage 2 public open space has now been completed. Minor comments received from the City of Armadale are currently being addressed prior to final approval.
Project Update – Sundrift, Exmouth
Construction of Stage 1 at Sundrift continues to progress strongly. Earthworks are nearing completion, retaining walls have been completed, sewer and drainage works are well advanced, and installation of water and power services is about to commence.
Stage 1 remains on track for completion in December 2026, with land titles anticipated in early 2027.
Sales activity continues, with Stage 1C released to the market in June. There are currently 24 lots available for sale, while planning is also well advanced for the upcoming release of the premium waterfront precinct, which will offer some of the most sought after homesites within the development.
Town planning approval for Stage 2 has now been secured, with detailed engineering design well advanced. Stage 2 will comprise 63 residential lots together with 14 commercial, mixed-use and industrial lots.
