Celsius calls Elysian Subiaco home

Our team was delighted to move into our new home at our recently completed Elysian Subiaco development after the June long weekend. The move to Elysian marks our third office location in a Celsius development since 2010, just a couple of years after we commenced mixed use property developments. Having operated out of our developments for 15 of the 20 years in operation the message is clear, if it’s good enough for you it most certainly is good enough for us! Our office at Elysian includes a full display kitchen and interactive sale suite to assist our clients to bring their future homes to life.

Elysian Subiaco situated on the corner of Rokeby Road and Duke Street comprises 34 apartments and a Ground Floor that has been designed with the local community in mind. Whilst we did not initially intend to relocate our offices to Subiaco our commitment from the outset, to secure a food and beverage operator to the North-East corner remains. To this end we have recently agreed terms with an existing operator to move into the tenancy providing a licenced deli offering. We expect to be able to announce more details in the next few weeks. Additionally we are in the process of establishing a self-guided reformer pilates studio which will be operated by the next generation of our Celsius family. Ensuring the ground floor plane is good for both the community above and surrounding is paramount and to this end Celsius have retained ownership of the full ground floor offering and turned down numerous approaches for other office / medical tenancies which we did not believe was ultimately beneficial to the local community.

With the move to our new offices and imminent 20 year anniversary of our development business, we decided to complete a brand refresh and are about to embark on the creation of our new website. Residential real estate is at the heart of everything we do and we look forward to expanding our footprint in the local property management and residential sales sectors whilst continuing to execute our new property developments across North Perth, Shenton Park and Champion Lakes.

Many of you have asked about an office opening party and whilst nothing has been decided in this regard, we welcome the opportunity for you to reach out and arrange a time to pop in and see us in our new home whilst enjoying a cuppa on us.

Many people outside of Celsius combined to bring our new offices to life and I’d like to thank all those involved with special mention to Josh and Ria of DECO Construction, Donna from Fisher & Paykel, Dave from Galvins, Dylan from Tufftex, Jelyn-Rose from Billi, Rich at JasonL, all of who offered significant support in helping deliver our new home.

All the best

Richard
