Celsius Land February 2026 Update
Project Update – Sundrift, Exmouth
Following the commencement of site works, construction activity has increased across the estate, with clear progress now visible on the ground. Bulk earthworks are continuing, shaping the future road network and preparing individual lot levels.

Retaining wall blocks have started arriving on site, marking an important milestone in the delivery of Stage 1. Retaining wall construction is planned to commence in March. These works will further define lot levels and streetscapes as the estate begins to take its final form, providing greater clarity around the layout and character of the community. The completion of stage 1 civil works remains on track for completion by 30 November with titles expected to issue in the first quarter of 2027.


Design of the public open space areas is currently underway, with landscaping construction to follow the completion of Stage 1 civil works.
With strong demand experienced in the initial release, we are pleased to confirm that Stage 1B is now selling. This release presents a new opportunity to secure land within the sought-after Exmouth Marina precinct. Project Update – Celsius Living, Champion Lakes
Stage 2 civil works are progressing well, with titles anticipated in August 2026. The appointed contractor, Densford Civil, has completed site stripping, and bulk earthworks are now underway and will continue throughout March.

Stage 2A was released on 6 February 2026 and we’re pleased to confirm that all lots sold on release.
The final stage of Champion Lakes (Stage 2B) will be released on 25 March, comprising 28 residential lots. Landscaping works within the Stage 1 public open space are also progressing well. Retaining walls have been completed and drainage basins are currently being excavated. Significant progress is expected in March, including installation of irrigation, tree planting, hardscapes, park furniture and boardwalk construction. The park is on track for completion in April.
