Celsius Land January 2026 Update
Project Update – Celsius Living, Champion Lakes
Stage 2 civil works commenced on site on 29 January 2026, with titles expected to issue in August 2026. Stage 2A will be released for sale on 6 February 2026 and will comprise 16 residential lots. Stage 1 power was energised by Western Power in December 2025, with the first residents having since moved into their new homes. Landscaping works within the Stage 1 public open space are progressing well, with playground structures currently being installed and decking works due to commence shortly.
Project Update – Sundrift, Exmouth
Construction activity at Sundrift Exmouth is continuing, with bulk earthworks currently underway. Practical completion is scheduled for 30 November 2026, with titles anticipated to issue in early 2027.
The first lots in Stage 1A were released to the market on 27 November 2025, with 35 lots sold to date. The release of Stage 1B, comprising 26 residential lots, is scheduled for 5 March 2026.
