Project Update – 41 Mewett Road, Quindalup
Celsius Land is project managing the residential development of 41 Mewett Road Quindalup. On 25 June 2025 the rezoning of the property to Urban Development zone was initiated by the City of Busselton as part of a broader rezoning of the Dunsborough East area. The Environmental Protection Authority (EPA) is currently considering whether the rezoning should be formally assessed. Meanwhile the City of Busselton has commissioned third party reviews of the Local Structure Plan. It is expected the rezoning and local structure plan will be advertised concurrently by the City of Busselton after the EPA decides whether to formally assess the rezoning.
