Celsius Land March 2026 Update

Project Update – Celsius Living, Champion Lakes

Stage 2 civil works have progressed well, transitioning from site clearing and earthworking to retaining walls, trenching and the installation of services. Practical completion remains on target to be achieved in July 2026 with titles expect to issue in August 2026.

Following the successful sell-out of Stage 2A in February 2026, the final stage of 28 lots (Stage 2B) was released Wednesday 25 March 2026 via an Expressions of Interest process which closed Thursday 26 March 2026. Successful and unsuccessful applicants will be contacted during the week commencing Monday 30 March 2026.

Landscaping works within the Stage 1 public open space has advanced well following the completion of hardscapes, irrigation and play equipment installation. The landscaping team are looking forward to progressing to practical completion with the upcoming installation of boardwalk, turf, and tree planting. Practical completion has been delayed from early April 2026 to early May 2026.

 

Project Update – Sundrift, Exmouth

Bulk earthworks at Sundrift progressed throughout March 2026, with construction of the lower retaining wall adjacent to the canals also underway. Sewer construction is due to commence during the month of April 2026.

March 2026 presented a challenging construction environment, with increased diesel costs and the impact of Cyclone Narelle on the town of Exmouth. At the time of writing, the full extent of cyclone impacts on existing works and the project programme is still being assessed, with a clearer understanding expected over the coming fortnight.

Detailed design of the public open space areas continued during March 2026, alongside ongoing town planning work for Stage 2.

Sales in Stage 1B remain strong, with 13 of 28 lots now sold.
