Celsius Land November 2025 Update
Project Update – Celsius Living, Champion Lakes
A preferred contractor has now been nominated for the Stage 2 civil works, with formal award anticipated in the coming weeks. Engineering design remains subject to final authority approvals, with construction expected to commence in early 2026.
Landscaping works within the Stage 1 public open space are progressing well, with verge planting completed and footpaths now constructed. Overall, Stage 1 continues to perform strongly, with 53 of the 54 lots settled and numerous homes under construction. The first residents are expected to move in by late December. Planning is underway for the next sales release, targeted for early 2026.
Project Update – Sundrift, Exmouth
Construction activity at Sundrift Exmouth commenced in earnest in November, with clearing and topsoil stripping now largely complete. The first 35 lots in Stage 1A were released to market on 27 November, with expressions of interest closing on 2 December.
The Local Development Plan for the project is currently out for public advertising and is scheduled to be considered by Council at its meeting on 11 December 2025. This represents an important milestone as the project transitions from early works into full civil construction.
