Introducing Southlink

Celsius Developments are pleased to announce they have entered into a joint venture with the Giorgi Group to develop a 30,000m2 vacant piece of land located at Lot 500 Armadale Rd, Jandakot (adjacent to the Cockburn Train Station). The development will consist of two halves, with the eastern half comprising fast food and restaurants (KFC, Hungry Jacks and a number of independent restaurants), petrol station (Caltex) and automotive service centre (Autobahn) and the western half comprising various large format retail, offices and medical centre. Construction will be undertaken in two stages with construction already commenced on the eastern half and construction commencing in the latter part of this year for the western half.

You will see from the photos that Caltex and Hungry Jacks have already made good progress with their slabs poured and the majority of their walls/framing erected. KFC and Autobahn have poured their slabs and their walls/framing should start being erected in the coming days.

Construction of the eastern half buildings will occur in staggered progression from mid-April to mid-May with Hungry Jacks and KFC likely to be the first buildings completed.
