Celsius is pleased to provide an update on our latest project. Lucent – Claremont.
Lucent will be a luxury apartment offering in the heart of Claremont overlooking lake Claremont and Claremont Oval. We are currently working with our architects Hillam Architects to finalise the building design with the aim of submitting a development application in the next three weeks.
During this design development phase, we are giving early purchasers a unique opportunity to have specific input into the design and layout of their apartment. This offering has been very well received particularly in the downsizing market, where current offerings on the market are not matching what the end purchasers are looking for.
