The builder’s sole focus for the month was to frame up as many of the roof frames as possible. They have managed to complete villas 5 and 7 and have nearly finished villa 8. The builder is attempting to get those villas which have been framed sheeted as soon as possible so works can commence internally.
The roof framers will continue next month to frame up the remaining villas.
The only other item that was completed this month was that villas 5 and 7 had their window frames installed.
The program has slipped again slightly and the builder is now anticipating practical completion towards the middle of June.
