Record Sales in February
A huge effort by our small sales team of Tim, Simone and Helga has resulted in a record 50 sales being made in the shortest month of the year, a record for Celsius. What excites me most about the sales is that it has been made up of a combination of land, built form and established property. Additionally, our sister agency, Ray White Exmouth has seen strong take up in the second release of blocks in the Sundrift estate, after the first release of 38 lots sold out just before Christmas. With supply of housing such a huge challenge at present we are very proud to be delivering both land and built form including in the regions.
JUAL

Construction onsite is progressing well with our Builder, Atlas doing a great job and soon we will begin to see the structure rise out of the ground. Anticipated completion / move in remains on track at present for the first quarter of 2028. This development was the very first parcel of land acquired when we set up our land division and having expanded with the acquisition of a neighbouring property offers a total of 104 residential lots in an established, well connected, South-Eastern suburb. The final stage of 50 lots is now under construction with titles expected in July 2026. The first release of these final lots was opened to market earlier this month with far more demand than supply. It is pleasing to see how many homes are already under construction and nearing completion in the first completed stage. Our sales team are now taking registrations for the final release expected in late March or early April.
