Celsius Land May 2026 Update

Project Update – Celsius Living, Champion Lakes

Stage 2 civil works continue to progress well, with earthworks, sewer and drainage now complete. Retaining walls, electrical works and road construction are now underway.  Practical Completion remains on track for July 2026, with land titles anticipated in August 2026.

Landscaping works within the Stage 1 public open space are largely complete, with the final boardwalk through the retained mature trees being the primary remaining element. During May, we hosted a sneak preview of the park for Champion Lakes buyers. The event was well attended and provided future residents with an opportunity to meet their neighbours and experience the growing sense of community within the estate.

Design of the Stage 2 public open space has now been completed and is currently under review by the City of Armadale.

Project Update – Sundrift, Exmouth

Construction at Sundrift continued to gain momentum throughout May, with significant progress made on bulk earthworks, retaining walls and sewer installation. Planning is also advancing for the upcoming release of premium waterfront lots, which will offer some of the most sought after homesites within the development.

Following a brief pause which coincided with Cyclone Narelle, sales activity rebounded strongly during May, with only a limited number of Stage 1B lots now remaining available.

Detailed design of the public open space areas continues, along with planning and engineering design for Stage 2, which will include a mix of commercial and light industrial opportunities to support Exmouth’s growing economy.

If you are interested in purchasing a lot within Sundrift or would like to stay informed about future residential or commercial releases, please register your interest via the Sundrift website or contact Mark Lucas at Ray White Exmouth on 0439 494 481.

Project Update – Piara Waters

A community celebration was held in May to officially open the new Piara Waters park, with a range of entertainment and activities enjoyed by local families. The event attracted both new residents and members of the broader Piara Waters community.

Councillors Michelle Silver, Amit Singh and Tony Thomas from the City of Armadale attended the event, with Cr Silver welcoming attendees and acknowledging the collaborative effort involved in delivering the new public space.

Events such as these are among the most rewarding aspects of what we do, providing an opportunity to connect with residents and see communities coming to life. They serve as a reminder that our projects are about much more than land and housing, they are about creating places where people can belong and thrive.
