Celsius Land Project Updates
Arabian Court, Champion Lakes
During the month of May Celsius Land have continued to progress the planning of this project. The City of Armadale have advised they are targeting consideration of the Local Structure Plan at their Council meeting on 27 June 2022. In the meantime Celsius has commenced preparation of the subdivision application.
Jayes Road, Piara Waters
The Local Structure Plan (LSP) for the project has now been prepared and lodged with the City of Armadale on 26 May 2022. The LSP will be assessed by the City of Armadale prior to advertising. Celsius Land is continuing to work with the neighbouring property owner regarding the interface of the two projects and the eastern intersection. Celsius is also in discussions with the City of Armadale regarding the potential to lodge a planning application to bring fill to the site and commence earthworks, should suitable and affordable fill become available in the coming months.
Regional Projects
Celsius is project managing two other regional projects. The first project consists of 24 dwellings (villas and apartments) which are in final negotiations with a commercial tenant. The project has been designed and priced with a final investment decision expected in the coming weeks. The second project is a future land subdivision where Celsius Land are working with the neighbouring owners on a community engagement process which is expected to occur later this year prior to rezoning and preparation of a structure plan.
