Cheap is never cheerful in Property Management

There are reasons agencies discount their fees and this usually means their services will be discounted too. Lower fees are often associated with lower staffing costs and less staff training which usually leads to high staff turnover. Having a different Property Manager every time you get in touch with your agency is too common in the industry and one of the biggest complaints from Landlords – so ask the question when interviewing different agents. How long has each team member been with the company?

We work to ensure all prospective tenants schedule a time to view your property at a time that suits them! We understand showing properties during business hours is not always feasible, we take the time to show your property after hours and on the weekends when prospective tenants are available.

Our team also take the time to ensure we look after all our tenants, so they look after your property.

Legal and Compliance

Compliance with current legislation is especially important when it comes to your investment property. A knowledgeable Property Manager understands document requirements, tenancy laws, and notification requirements. They will also have a sound knowledge of local council and strata regulations.  Having your property managed by a stable and strong Property Management Team will save you time, reduce stress and reduce your overall risk as a Landlord.
