Kylie has a busy, part-time role with Celsius as our Sales Administrator, supporting the sales team by administering sales contracts and handling the communication and sales processes that lead to a smooth settlement for buyer and seller.

Prior to Celsius, Kylie has worked in advertising, and has had a large amount of direct marketing exposure through other roles. She also worked for the Insurance Commission of WA and the Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi as an Operations Supervisor.

Kylie believes that excellent communication is a core focus for her role, something she has learned over the years from customer service based roles.

“I’m a big believer in the philosophy that it’s all about communication” says Kylie, “even with negative news, honest and open communication can mean the outcome is successful”.

Adaptable by nature, Kylie enjoys taking on new tasks and learning. With a busy role that can throw many reactive circumstances into a day, Kylie brings a methodical approach that leads to clarity and calm for the team and her clients.

Kylie also has a passion for refining processes and enjoys training staff on both process and technology.

Kylie is inspired by Simon Sinek who says “Great companies don’t hire skilled people and motivate them, they hire already motivated people and inspire them.” Something she believes the Celsius culture embodies.
