As Managing Director of Celsius Property Group, Richard credits the company’s success to the dedicated team of business partners, development managers, sales consultants, property managers, finance managers and administration staff who strive to put the Client’s needs first whilst working with integrity and honesty.

Richard began his property career in 1998 as a sales consultant and has been with Celsius ever since. Over the past three decades, Celsius has been transformed into a vertically integrated property business including Property Development, Property Sales, Facilities Management, Property Management and Finance.  In addition to working on their own developments, Celsius enjoys the opportunity to work with like-minded Property Developers and Capital Partners offering our suite of services externally too.

Richard has served on the UDIA WA council alongside other industry leaders since 2020, including serving a 2-year term as the state president from October 2023. He has been on the UDIA National board since 2023 and is presently the Vice President. Richard holds a Diploma of Property (REIWA), a Diploma of Financial Services, and a current Real Estate licence. He is also a recipient of the Business News 40under40 award in 2018.

Richard thoroughly enjoys supporting our project sales team and Buyers which he believes greatly informs the development outcome ensuring our projects success through designing with the end occupant in mind.

Recent award-winning successes include the mixed-use Vic Quarter development in Victoria Park on behalf of the Fowler Group, Lucent Claremont, Elysian Subiaco, Park Terraces in Shenton Park and 21 Cooyou Close in Exmouth.

Since embracing the need to give back by supporting those not fortunate enough to have a roof over their head, Richard has participated in the past 9 Vinnies CEO sleepouts raising over $100,000 for this great cause. As part of his fundraising efforts he has completed three Comrades Ultra Marathons in South Africa.
