The Fitz, North Perth – Project Update January 2016
Since our last update the builder had focused on hanging the last of the apartments’ ceilings, which has now been completed. The tilers have also continued tiling throughout the building with some apartment’s tiling now completely laid. The plasterers have also been pushing hard to complete applying the white set with only 10 apartments remaining.
The first quarter of the apartments’ kitchens have been delivered and they are now being installed. The internal doors have also been delivered and they are now being painted and hung.
The focus for February will be to fully complete all of the white set to all of the apartments, continue installing the kitchens and laying the tiles.
The builder is still advising us that they are on schedule to reach practical completion by the middle of August 2016 with settlements to occur 6 to 8 weeks after that.
